Restore factory default settings
If your smartwatch gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All configurations you've made on your smartwatch are deleted.
List view
Find "Factory Reset"
Tap the screen twice quickly to wake it up.
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap Settings.
Tap Factory Reset.
Restore factory default settings
Tap Enter Password.
Key in the default password and tap the confirm icon. The default password is the last four digits of the IMEI number of your smartwatch.
You can see the IMEI number in the smartwatch settings and on the box that came with your smartwatch.
Tap the confirm icon.
Tap Reset. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your smartwatch and prepare it for use.
When you've restored the factory default settings, you need to activate your smartwatch.
