How to
Use health functions
You can use your smartwatch as a pedometer to register your daily activities and set goals for your training. The information is sent to your mobile phone and is automatically synchronised.
List view
Use pedometer
Tap the screen twice quickly to wake it up.
Slide your finger left on the screen.
Tap Step Count.
The number of steps for the day is displayed on the screen.
View daily activity
Slide your finger left on the screen to see more details for today's activity.
Continue sliding to the left to see how far you are from completing your daily activity goals.
When the coloured rings are closed, you've reached the goals of your daily activity.
Slide your finger upwards on the screen for more details.
Set activity goals
On your mobile phone: Tap Spacetalk.
On your mobile phone: Tap Map.
On your mobile phone: Tap the name of the watch owner.
On your mobile phone: Tap Settings.
On your mobile phone: Tap Fitness.
On your mobile phone: Tap the settings icon.
On your mobile phone: Follow the instructions on the screen to set activity goals and tap Done.
Measure your heart rate
Tap the screen twice quickly to wake it up.
Slide your finger left on the screen.
Tap Heart Rate and wait while your smartwatch measures your heart rate.
Make sure the sensors on your smartwatch are in contact with your wrist. The sensors are located on the back of your smartwatch.
Your current heart rate is displayed.
Slide your finger left on the screen.
A list of your registered heart rate measurements is displayed.
