If your smartwatch gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All configurations you've made on your smartwatch are deleted.
List view
Find "General"
Tap the Home key.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap General.
Restore factory default settings
Tap Reset.
Tap the confirm icon. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your smartwatch and prepare it for use.
