When call waiting is turned on, you can answer a new call without ending your ongoing call.

Find "Supplementary services"
Tap the phone icon.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap Supplementary services.
Turn call waiting on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Call waiting" below the required SIM to turn the function on or off.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
