I can't turn on my mobile phone

If you can't turn on your mobile phone, follow these instructions to solve the problem.

Solution: Charging the battery for my mobile phone

Solution: Check if your SIM is faulty by inserting it in another mobile phone. If your SIM is not accepted by the other mobile phone, your SIM is probably faulty. Contact customer service or find an Optus dealer near you using our Store Locator to order a new SIM.

Solution: You need a new SIM. Contact customer service or find an Optus dealer near you using our Store Locator.

Solution: Key in the correct PUK.
Please note: if you haven't received a PUK or don't know it, it can be obtained on Optus My Account.

Solution: Before you can use an Optus SIM, you need to unlock your mobile phone using an unlock code. To get the unlock code, contact the service provider that locked your mobile phone.
