How to
Reading iMessage
Want to read an iMessage? Once done, you can reply to, forward or delete it. Follow these easy instructions.
List view
1. Find "Messages"
Tap Messages.
2. Read iMessage
Tap the required sender.
3. Select option
You have a number of options when you've read the message:
Reply to iMessage, go to 3a.
Forward iMessage, go to 3b.
Delete iMessage, go to 3c.
Reply to iMessage, go to 3a.
Forward iMessage, go to 3b.
Delete iMessage, go to 3c.
4. 3a - Reply to iMessage
Tap iMessage.
Write your text and tap Send.
5. 3b - Forward iMessage
Tap and hold the required iMessage until a pop-up menu is displayed.
Tap More....
Tap the forward icon.
Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.
Tap Send.
6. 3c - Delete iMessage
Tap and hold the required iMessage until a pop-up menu is displayed.
Tap More....
Tap the delete icon.
Tap Delete Message.
7. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
You have a number of options when you've read the message:
Reply to iMessage, go to 3a.
Forward iMessage, go to 3b.
Delete iMessage, go to 3c.
