I can't install apps

If you can't install an app on your tablet, there may be several causes of the problem.

To install apps, there needs to be enough memory.

Solution: Uninstall apps

Solution: Install apps from App Store

The payment information used when buying apps is connected to your Apple ID. If the information is incorrect, it needs to be updated before you can buy apps.

Solution: Log on to App Store from a computer and update your payment information.
