I can't charge my smartwatch

If you can't charge your smartwatch, there may be several causes of the problem.

If you're using a third party charger, charging may not function correctly.

Solution: Make sure you use the included charger for your smartwatch when charging it.

If the charger is connected to a malfunctioning power point, your smartwatch will not charge.

Solution: Try connecting the charger to a different power point.

Then check that the charging cable is fully pressed into the power adapter and that the the power point is turned on. If this doesn't help, try connecting the charging cable to another power adapter and another power point.

If the charger is faulty, you can't charge your smartwatch.

Solution: Go to the manufacturer's website to see if it's possible to have the charger replaced.

If the battery is faulty, you can't charge your smartwatch.

Solution: Go to the manufacturer's website to see if it's possible to change the battery.
