I can't make voice calls

If you can't make voice calls, follow these instructions to solve the problem.

If roaming isn't included in your rate plan, you can't make calls when abroad.

Fixed dialing allows you to select which numbers can be called from your mobile phone and to which numbers you can send messages. When fixed dialing is turned on, you can only call and send messages to numbers on the list of fixed dialing numbers.

If your mobile phone is set to connect to 3G networks only, it can't find a network if you're in an area with poor or no 3G network coverage.

If your number has been suspended, you'll be notified when you try to make a call.

If you've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network, you can't make calls.

If flight mode is turned on, your mobile phone's transmitting functions are turned off. This means that you can't make or receive calls.

If there's no credit on your prepaid phone card, you can't make calls.

There may be a temporary network problem, which means that you can't make calls.

If you have problems making a call to a specific number, the error may be at the receiving end.

If you're in an area with little or no network coverage, your mobile phone can't find a network and you can't make calls.
