Deleting an email configuration on my mobile phone
If you have problems sending and receiving email, you can delete the email configurations and then create them again.
List view
1. Find "Settings"
Tap Apps.
Tap Email.
Tap MORE.
Tap Settings.
2. Delete email account
Tap the required email account.
Tap REMOVE.
Tap REMOVE to confirm.
3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
