Back up the phone memory
You can back up the phone memory to ensure that no data is lost when you update your phone's software or if you lose your phone.

Connect mobile phone and computer
Connect the data cable to the socket and to your computer's USB port.
Back up the phone memory
Start the program HTC Sync Manager on your computer.
Click Transfer & Backup.
Click Also back up the media content on my phone (this might take a bit longer) to turn on the function.
Click Back up now.
Click OK and wait while the phone memory is backed up.
