Copy contacts between your SIM and your Google account
You can copy contacts between your SIM and your Google account. This way, you won't lose your contacts if you change your SIM or mobile phone. Before you can copy contacts between your SIM and your Google account, you need to activate your Google account on your mobile phone.
Find "Fix & manage"
Import contacts from your SIM to your Google account
Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
Tap Contacts.
Tap Fix & manage.
Tap Manage SIM.
Tap the drop down list next to "Save to".
Tap the required Google account.
Tap the fields next to the required contacts to select them.
Tap Import.
If you want to keep the copied contacts on your SIM, tap Keep.
If you want to delete the copied contacts from your SIM, tap Delete.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
