My Apple Watch doesn't register my activity

If your Apple Watch doesn't register your activity while you're using it, there may be several causes of the problem.

If your Apple Watch is too loose on your wrist, some of the watch sensors will not function correctly.

Solution: Adjust the watch strap so your Apple Watch is neither too loose nor too tight on your wrist.

If activity tracking is turned off in the settings, your Apple Watch won't register your activity.

Solution: Turn on activity tracking in the settings in the Watch app on your mobile phone.

If your Apple Watch doesn't register activity, it may help restarting it.

Solution: Restart your Apple Watch
