End running applications
Some applications aren't ended completely when your Apple Watch returns to the home screen. If you don't end them from the list of running applications, they keep running in the background which may slow down your Apple Watch.

Tap the Digital Crown twice to open the list of running applications.
Slide your finger left on the required application.
Tap the close icon.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Digital Crown to return to the home screen.
Tap the Digital Crown twice to open the list of running applications.
Slide your finger left on the required application.
