How to
Entering and using health information on my mobile phone (Health)
Using Health, you can save health information and see an overview of your health. You can also save emergency information for use in emergencies and share this information with other health and fitness apps.
Find "Health"
Enter health information
Get an overview of your health
Enter emergency information
Turn display of emergency information on lock screen on or off
Return to the home screen
Tap Health.
Tap Health Data.
Tap the required category.
Tap the required information type.
Tap Add Data Point and follow the instructions on the screen to key in the required information.
Tap Add.
Tap the indicator next to "Show on Dashboard" to turn on display of the information on the dashboard.
Tap Dashboard.
Tap the required period to see an overview of your health for the selected period.
Tap Medical ID.
Tap Create Medical ID.
Tap Name.
Tap add photo and follow the instructions on the screen to add a picture.
Tap the required information and follow the instructions on the screen to add the information.
Tap the indicator next to "Show When Locked" and follow the instructions on the screen to add the information.
Tap Done.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
