Making a video call on my mobile phone using FaceTime
Want to make a video call to another device which supports FaceTime? The video call can be made using either the mobile network or a Wi-Fi network. Follow these easy instructions.
List view
Find "FaceTime"
Tap Settings.
Tap FaceTime.
Turn on FaceTime
Tap the indicator next to "FaceTime".
Tap Use your Apple ID for FaceTime and follow the instructions on the screen to log on.
Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Make a video call
Tap Extras.
You need to establish a connection to a Wi-Fi network to make a video call using a Wi-Fi network. If you want to make a video call using the mobile network, you need to turn on mobile data.
Tap Contacts.
You need to establish a connection to a Wi-Fi network to make a video call using a Wi-Fi network. If you want to make a video call using the mobile network, you need to turn on mobile data.
Tap the required contact.

Tap FaceTime.

Switch camera
Tap the camera icon to switch between the front and the back camera.
Mute or unmute microphone
Tap the microphone icon to turn the microphone on or off.
End call
Tap the end call icon.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
