How to

Use Google Maps

You can use Google Maps on your mobile phone. Before you can use Google Maps, you need to set up your mobile phone for internet and install Google Maps. Please note, the developer continuously updates the app so it may differ from these instructions.


List view

Find "Google Maps"

Tap Google Maps.

Search for destination

Tap the search field and key in the required search word.
Tap the required destination.

Save destination as a favourite

Tap the destination at the bottom of the screen.
To save the destination as a favourite, log on to your Google account.
Tap SAVE.
To save the destination as a favourite, log on to your Google account.
If you select New list, follow the instructions on the screen to create a new list.
To save the destination as a favourite, log on to your Google account.
Tap the required setting.
To save the destination as a favourite, log on to your Google account.
Tap Finished.
To save the destination as a favourite, log on to your Google account.

Plan route to destination

Tap DIRECTIONS.
Tap the required mode of transportation.
Tap the required route.

Start navigation

Tap Start.
The travel information at the bottom of the screen shows your travel time, estimated time of arrival and distance to destination.

Exit navigation

Tap Exit.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
