Reset network settings
If you have problems using network configurations on your mobile phone, such as mobile data, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, resetting the network settings may help.
List view
Find "Reset"
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap General management.
Tap Reset.
Reset the mobile network settings
Tap Reset mobile network settings.
Please note, all saved APN connections, you've created, are deleted.
Tap Reset settings.

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
