How to

Turn GPS on or off

Your smartwatch can determine your geographical position using GPS (Global Positioning System). The information about your location can be used by a number of applications on your smartwatch such as navigation, SOS function or weather forecast.


List view

Find "Location"

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Location.

Turn GPS on or off

Tap the indicator below "Location" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function, your mobile phone can find your position using GPS. If you turn off the function, you can't use any of the GPS functions on your mobile phone.

Turn use of GPS position for applications on or off

Tap App permissions.
Tap the required app.
Follow the instructions on the screen to select the required settings and turn the function on or off.
Tap the Return key twice.

Turn use of GPS position for emergency calls on or off

Tap Emergency Location Service.
Tap the indicator next to "Use Emergency Location Service" to turn the function on or off.
If use of GPS location for emergency calls is turned on, your location will automatically be shared with the emergency dispatch centre during emergency calls in countries where the function is supported.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
