Guide to keys and sockets on my mobile phone
Want to know more about the keys and sockets on your mobile phone? Follow these easy instructions.

1. On/Off
Several functions are associated with On/Off:
Tap On/Off to turn your mobile phone on or off.
Tap On/Off to turn on the screen lock.
Tap and hold On/Off to access the functions silent mode and flight mode.
2. The Return key
Tap the Return key to exit an active menu item or hide the keypad.
3. The Application key
Several functions are associated with the Application key:
Tap the Application key to view a list of your most recently used menu items and applications.
Tap and hold the Application key to use two applications at the same time.
4. The Home key
Several functions are associated with the Home key:
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Tap and hold the Home key to search the internet.
Tap the Home key twice in quick succession to turn on the phone camera.
5. The Volume keys
Several functions are associated with the Volume keys:
Tap the Top volume key or the Bottom volume key to adjust the ring volume.
Tap the Top volume key or the Bottom volume key during a call to adjust the volume.
Tap the Top volume key or the Bottom volume key to silence the incoming call alert.
6. Socket
Connect the charger or data cable to the phone socket and to a power point or your computer's USB port.
7. Headset socket
Connect the headset to the headset socket.
8. Heart rate sensor
Place the tip of your finger on the heart rate sensor to check your heart rate when using S Health.
9. Camera lens at the back of your mobile phone
Point the camera lens at the back of your mobile phone at the required object to take a picture or record a video clip.
10. Camera lens at the front of your mobile phone
Point the camera lens at the front of your mobile phone at the required object during a video call.
