I can't make voice calls

If you can't make voice calls, follow these instructions to solve the problem.

If your number has been suspended, you'll be notified when you try to make a call.

If you've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network, you can't make calls.

If flight mode is turned on, your tablet's transmitting functions are turned off. This means that you can't make or receive calls.

If there's no credit on your prepaid card, you can't make calls.

There may be a temporary network problem, which means that you can't make calls.

If you have problems making a call to a specific number, the error may be at the receiving end.

If you're in an area with little or no network coverage, your tablet can't find a network and you can't make calls.

Fixed dialing allows you to select which numbers can be called from your tablet and to which numbers you can send messages. When fixed dialing is turned on, you can only call and send messages to numbers on the list of fixed dialing numbers.

If roaming isn't included in your rate plan, you can't make calls when abroad.

If your tablet is set to connect to 4G networks only, it can't find a network if you're in an area with poor or no 4G network coverage.
