Restore factory default settings
If your internet connection is slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. Please note: all settings in your modem are deleted during this process. Remember, you need to establish a connection to the modem web interface.
List view
Find "Maintenance"
Click Modem Settings.
Click Maintenance.
Back up existing settings
Click Backup & Restore.
Click Backup Configuration to save the backup.
Restore factory default settings
Click Resets.
Click Reset.
Click Yes and wait while your modem restores the factory default settings.
