You can insert a SIM in your modem, enabling you to use a mobile data connection, in case you have problems with your broadband connection.

List view

Turn the back of your modem towards you.

Orient the micro SIM to match the image near the slot.

Please note: your modem only supports micro SIMs. If you’re using a newly provided SIM, push out the middle sized SIM from the SIM holder.

Slide the micro SIM into the slot until you feel it click into place.
