The internet connection is intermittent

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

A modem error has occurred: Turn off all devices connected to your modem, either wirelessly or via cable, and restart your modem. Once your modem is connected to the internet, you can turn on the connected devices again.

1. Restart your modem

Tap On/Off to turn off your modem.
Disconnect the power supply from the power plug. Wait for 30 seconds.
Connect the power supply to the power plug.
Tap On/Off to turn on your modem. It may take several minutes for your modem to re-establish the internet connection.
