Your router can't find a network

When your router is turned on, it normally finds a network automatically. You can see on your router if a network has been found. If your router can't find a network, follow this guide to solve the problem.

Solution: Insert your SIM into a mobile phone. If the mobile phone doesn't accept the SIM, your SIM is probably faulty. Contact your nearest Optus dealer to get a new SIM.
