The modem application can't find a network

If the modem application tells you that no networks can be found, follow this guide to solve the problem.

Solution: Try again later when you're in an area with better network coverage.

Solution: If your SIM is faulty, the modem application will tell you that your SIM isn't accepted. Contact your nearest Optus dealer to get a new SIM.

Solution: Check if an Optus SIM had been inserted into your modem.

Solution: Key in your PUK.
