How to
Starting the modem application
Want to start the modem application (Optus Mobile Broadband)? It's easy, but remember you need to install the modem.

1. Connect modem to computer
Connect your modem to your computer's USB port.
2. Start application
If the modem application doesn't start automatically:
If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
Please note:
If an incorrect PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM is blocked permanently. In this case, you'll need a new SIM from Optus.

Do the following in Mac OS X:
Click the desktop.
Click the desktop.
If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
