I can't use my router's internet connection
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
Data roaming is turned off: Turn on data roaming.
List view
1. Find "Preferences"
Click Settings.
Click NETWORK.
Click Preferences.
2. Turn data roaming on or off
To turn on data roaming, click the indicator next to "Always".
To turn off data roaming, click the indicator next to "Always except when roaming".
3. Save settings
Click Submit.
