I can't establish a wireless connection to my router
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Your Wi-Fi Hotspot has a name identical to another Wi-Fi Hotspot: Change the name of your Wi-Fi Hotspot.

1. Find "Wi-Fi Basic Settings"
Click Wi-Fi Settings.
Click Wi-Fi Basic Settings.
2. Change Wi-Fi Hotspot name
Click the field next to "Wi-Fi name" next to the required Wi-Fi Hotspot and key in the required name for the Wi-Fi Hotspot.
Click Save.
Please note that the internet connection is ended and you need to establish an internet connection again with the new settings.
