Your router can't find a network

If your router can't find a network, there may be several causes of the problem.

You can check if your SIM is faulty by inserting it into a mobile phone.

Solution: Contact customer service to get a new SIM.

Your router can't find a network if no SIM or a SIM from another service provider has been inserted in your router.

Solution: Insert SIM

If you've set your router to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Choose a network

The network coverage may differ from area to area. In certain areas it may be so low that it's not possible for your router to get a network connection.

Solution: Try relocating the modem to a different part of your house to establish a network connection.
