No ringtone is heard on incoming calls

If there's no ringtone when you get calls, there may be several causes of the problem.

When you turn on silent mode, all phone sounds are turned off.

Solution: Turn silent mode on or off

For you to hear the ringtone when you get a call, the ring volume needs to be set at an audible level.

Solution: Change ring volume
