How to

Choose Siri settings

You can control many of the phone functions with your voice. You can call contacts from the address book, dictate messages and search the internet.

List view

Find "Siri & Search"

Tap Settings.

Tap Siri & Search.

Turn on Siri

Tap the indicator next to "Press Side Button for Siri" to turn on the function.

Tap Enable Siri.

Turn automatic activation on or off

Tap Listen for.

Tap the required setting to turn the function on or off. If you turn on the function, you need to follow the instructions on the screen to set up Siri to recognise your voice.

Turn use of Siri on lock screen on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Allow Siri When Locked" to turn the function on or off.

To turn use of Siri on lock screen on or off, you need to turn on use of phone lock code.

Choose language

Tap Language.

Tap the required language.

Tap arrow left.

Select voice accent and gender

Tap Siri Voice.

Tap the required accent.

Tap the required gender.

Tap arrow left.

Turn voice feedback on or off

Tap Siri Responses.

Tap the required setting.

Tap arrow left.

Select phone owner

Tap My Information.

Tap the required contact.

Turn use of Siri for specific applications on or off

Tap the required app.

Tap the indicators next to the required settings to turn them on or off.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Tap Settings.

Tap Siri & Search.

Tap the indicator next to "Press Side Button for Siri" to turn on the function.

Tap Enable Siri.

Tap Listen for.

Tap the required setting to turn the function on or off. If you turn on the function, you need to follow the instructions on the screen to set up Siri to recognise your voice.
