How to
Turn call announcement on or off
You can have your mobile phone say which contact in your address book that is calling you. To set your mobile phone to say the name of the contact, you need to save the contact in your address book.
List view
Find "Announce Calls"
Tap Settings.
Tap Phone.
Tap Announce Calls.
Turn on call announcement
Tap Always to turn on the function when silent mode is turned off.
Tap Headphones & Car to turn on the function when your mobile phone is connected to a headset or a car.
Tap Headphones Only to turn on the function when your mobile phone is connected to a headset.
Turn off call announcement
Tap Never to turn off the function.
Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Tap Settings.
Tap Phone.
Tap Announce Calls.
Tap Always to turn on the function when silent mode is turned off.
Tap Headphones & Car to turn on the function when your mobile phone is connected to a headset or a car.
Tap Headphones Only to turn on the function when your mobile phone is connected to a headset.
Tap Never to turn off the function.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
