How to
Use Screen Time
Using Screen Time you can get an overview of how much you use your mobile phone and set time limits on the use of selected apps. To use the function, you need to turn on Screen Time.
List view
Find "Screen Time"
Tap Settings.
Tap Screen Time.
See Screen Time usage
Tap See All Activity.
The use for the past week is displayed next to Total Screen Time.
Tap Day.
Today's use is displayed.
Tap arrow left.
Turn total Screen Time on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Share Across Devices" and follow the instructions on the screen to turn total Screen Time across all of your devices on or off.
If you turn on the function, you can see Screen Time for all of your devices.
Add extra Screen Time
Tap Ignore Limit.
You will be notified if you've used all your assigned Screen Time. You can then choose to assign more Screen Time.
Tap the required setting.
You will be notified if you've used all your assigned Screen Time. You can then choose to assign more Screen Time.
Turn off Screen Time
Tap Turn Off Screen Time.
Tap Turn Off Screen Time.
Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Tap Settings.
Tap Screen Time.
Tap See All Activity.
The use for the past week is displayed next to Total Screen Time.
