Using the calendar on my device
Want to use the calendar on your device? Follow these easy instructions.
List view
1. Find "Calendar"
Tap Calendar.
2. Use calendar
Follow the steps below to use the calendar.
3. Select calendar view
Tap one of the following options at the top of the display:
Day
Day
Week
Month
Year
List
4. Add appointment
Go to the required date.
Tap the add appointment icon.
Tap the add appointment icon.
Key in a subject for the appointment.
Follow the instructions on the display to key in more information, such as location, duration and reminder.
Tap Done.

5. View appointment
Tap List.
Tap the required appointment to view the appointment details.
6. Create new calendar
Tap Calendars.
Tap Edit.
Tap Add Calendar....
Key in a name for the calendar.

To select the colour for appointments in the calendar:
Tap the required colour.
Tap the required colour.
Tap Done.
Tap Calendars to return to the calendar.
7. Share calendar
Go to www.icloud.com on your computer.
Log on to iCloud if you're asked to do so.
Select Calendar.
Log on to iCloud if you're asked to do so.
Select Calendar.
Remember, you need an Apple ID before you can share your calendar with others. If you don't have an Apple ID, you can create one at www.apple.com
Select the edit icon next to the required calendar.

Select Private Calendar or Public Calendar.

Select Add Person....

Key in the required email address and select OK.

If you select Public Calendar:

Select OK.

8. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
