I can't access the internet

If you can't access the internet, follow these instructions to solve the problem.

If you're trying to access the internet using the mobile network, you need good network coverage in your area.

If you're trying to access the internet using a Wi-Fi network, you need to be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

If you're trying to access the internet using the mobile network, you need to set up your tablet for mobile internet.

If you're trying to access the internet using the mobile network when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on on your tablet.

If you're trying to access the internet using the mobile network and you've turned on manual network selection, you need to be within range of the the selected network.

If flight mode is turned on, your tablet's transmitting functions are turned off. This means that you can't access the internet using the mobile network or a Wi-Fi network.

If you try to access the internet using the mobile network, mobile data needs to be turned on on your tablet.
