How to

Ending active applications on my tablet

Some applications aren't ended completely when your tablet returns to the home screen. They keep running in the background unless you end them from the list of active applications.

List view

1. End active applications

Tap the Home key twice.
At the bottom of the display a list of active applications is displayed.

Tap and hold any menu item until the menu items start to jiggle.

Tap the end application icon to end the required application.

2. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Tap the Home key twice.
At the bottom of the display a list of active applications is displayed.

Tap and hold any menu item until the menu items start to jiggle.

Tap the end application icon to end the required application.

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
