I can't use my mobile phone's internet connection
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Your mobile phone has not been correctly set up for internet: Set up your mobile phone for internet.

1. Find "Access Point Names"

Tap the settings icon.
Tap More.
Tap Cellular networks.
Tap Access Point Names.
2. Create new data connection
Tap the menu icon.
Tap New APN.
Tap Name.
Key in Optus Yes Internet and tap OK.

3. Enter APN
Tap APN.
Key in yesinternet and tap OK.

4. Select APN type
Tap APN type.
Make sure onlydefault is selected.
Tap OK.
5. Enter country code
Tap MCC.
Key in 505 and tap OK.

6. Enter network code
Tap MNC.
Key in 02 and tap OK.

7. Select authentication type
Tap Authentication type.
Tap PAP.
8. Save data connection
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Save.
Tap the field next to the data connection to activate it.
9. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
