This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Turn off silent mode.

1. Tap the Navigation key.

2. Select User profiles.

3. Select Silent to turn on silent mode.

4. Select the required audio profile to turn off silent mode.

5. Tap Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 1:

Silent mode is turned on

Solution:

Find "User profiles"

Tap the Navigation key.

Select User profiles.

Turn on silent mode

Select Silent to turn on silent mode.

Turn off silent mode

Select the required audio profile to turn off silent mode.

Return to the home screen

Tap Disconnect to return to the home screen.
