Backing up the phone memory on my mobile phone
If you want to update the software on your mobile phone, it's recommended you back up the phone memory.
List view
1. Find "Backup & restore"
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Backup & restore.
2. Back up phone memory
Tap Manual backup.
Tap the drop down list below "WHERE TO STORE FILES".
Tap SD card.
Tap the box next to the following data types until the required data types have been selected:
Contacts
Conversations
Calendar
Call log
Bookmarks
Tap Continue.
3. Return to the home screen
Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
