I can't make voice calls
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Poor or no network coverage: Try again later when you're in an area with better network coverage.

If you have broadband at home and can’t access your network try using WiFi Talk, which lets you make and receive calls and SMS using your Optus mobile number over a Wi-Fi connection.
