This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

3G isn't selected as network mode: Select 3G as network mode.

List view

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.

Tap More....

Tap Mobile networks.

Tap Network Mode.

Tap WCDMA only, GSM only, WCDMA (preferred)/GSM or LTE (preferred)/WCDMA/GSM.

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
