Possible cause 1:

The message centre number is incorrect: Enter the message centre number.

List view

1. Find "Message Centre"

Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
Tap Samsung.
Tap Messages.
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap More settings.
Tap Text messages.
Tap Message Centre below the required SIM.

2. Saving the message centre number

Key in +61411990001 and tap Set.
+61411990001

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
