If you don't want to be disturbed, you can set your smartwatch to suppress calls or notifications.

Turn suppression of calls and notifications on or off
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Tap the suppression of calls and notifications icon to turn the function on or off.
Return to the home screen
