I can't send and receive SMS
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

1. Read SMS
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Tap the message icon.
Tap the required SMS to read it.
2. Reply to SMS using voice
Tap the microphone icon.
Tap the required setting and follow the instructions on the screen to record and send the required reply.
3. Reply to SMS using text input
Tap the keypad icon and key in the required text.
Tap the confirm icon.
4. Reply to SMS using quick reply
Tap the required reply.
5. Delete SMS
Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
Tap Delete conversation.
Tap the confirm icon.
6. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
