I can't send and receive email

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

List view

1. Read email

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Tap the email icon.
To read email on your smartwatch, you need to set up your email account on your mobile phone using the Microsoft Outlook app.
Tap Inbox.
Tap the required email to read it.

2. Reply to email using voice

Tap Reply.
Tap the microphone icon and follow the instructions on the screen to record and send the required reply.

3. Reply to email using text input

Tap Reply.
Tap the keypad icon and follow the instructions on the screen to write and send the required reply.

4. Reply to email using quick reply

Tap Reply.
Tap the required reply.

5. Delete email

Tap Delete.

6. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
