I can't use of one my apps
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
The software on your smartwatch hasn't been updated to the latest version: Update the smartwatch software to the latest version.

1. Update smartwatch software
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Software update.
Tap Download and install. If a new software version is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the smartwatch software.
