I can't install apps
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
The selected app isn't available in your country: Search for similar apps or wait until the required app becomes available in your country.
List view
1. Find "Store"
On your mobile phone: Tap Wearable.
On your mobile phone: Tap Store.
2. Find app
On your mobile phone: Tap Search.
On your mobile phone: Tap the search field and key in the name or subject of the required app.
On your mobile phone: Tap the search icon.
3. Choose installation on your smartwatch
On your mobile phone: Tap the device selection drop down list.
On your mobile phone: Tap Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.
4. Install app
On your mobile phone: Tap the required app.
On your mobile phone: Tap Install and follow the instructions on the screen to install the app.
If you've selected a paid app, tap the price to install the app.
