I can't install apps
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
There's not enough free memory on your smartwatch: Uninstall apps or delete other content from the memory.

1. Find "Apps screen"
On your mobile phone: Tap Wearable.
On your mobile phone: Tap Apps screen.
2. Uninstall apps
On your mobile phone: Tap and hold the required app.
On your mobile phone: Tap Uninstall.
On your mobile phone: Tap Uninstall.
