This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 2:
The screen brightness is set too high: Lower screen brightness.
List view
1. Find "Display"
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Display.
2. Turn automatic brightness on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Adaptive brightness" to turn the function on or off.
3. Adjust screen brightness manually
Tap Brightness.
Slide the circle to select the required brightness.
4. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
